Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to prioritize your satisfaction while maintaining fairness and quality assurance.
Every product sold on GurujiPaint.com goes through strict quality checks and careful packaging before dispatch. However, in the rare case that a product doesn’t meet your expectations or arrives damaged, our return policy ensures you’re covered.
You may request a return or replacement if the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
The return request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect as per your order.
The item is not custom-tinted or made-to-order (e.g., special shade mixing).
Replacement products will be delivered with 10-12 days
To maintain safety and quality standards, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
Paints that are custom-mixed or tinted based on customer preferences.
Items that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with.
Products without original packaging, an invoice, or missing accessories.

Provide the following:
Order ID
Clear reason for return
Supporting images (in case of damage or incorrect product)
Once your request is verified, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide further return instructions.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, or defect), we will arrange a free reverse pickup.
If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping will be borne by the customer.
After we receive the returned product, it goes through a quality inspection.
If the product passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
If the returned product fails inspection (used, damaged, or incomplete), the refund will not be processed and the product may be returned to you.
In case any refunds are initiated, they will be credited to the original payment mode within 7 working days.
Return is not acceptable on our items. If an item is damaged, please share pictures, and we will do verification, and a refund will be credited to the original payment mode within 10 days.
Exchange is not acceptable until the wrong item is delivered, and within 7 days we can return it and place the new order, which will be delivered within 10 days.
All items will be delivered within 7 days from placing the order.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, kindly return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
